Just had Ange book our first fly out of Canada family holiday and she was amazing. Very through, very considerate of budget and found us the best plan for a fun family get away.Couldnt have asked for more from our experience!! Would use again without hesitation!
Multiple attempts to contact this company for travel plans, received strange messages back and no help at all. Again, I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact this business with no help at all. I have not recieved any emails nor a phone call since the first time I've messaged which was two months ago and multiple times since, so yes, one star is deserved and No, I will not be needing your assistance as it's hard to get as is. Thank you.

Terrible service. A friend recommended Travel Escapes to us and we tried to get some flights , but she would always promise to email us details and never would! After about 2 weeks and chasing her 3 times, we gave up and booked the flights ourselves.Not sure if it was part of A scam to try to charge us more; she said flights were available and then after she didn't email us back with details of course they were gone, but the more expensive ones were still available.The flights we booked ourselves ended up being $600 cheaper, so don't waste your time with this joke of a travel agency, they don't know what they are doing at all!
