This place was amazing. Me and my family loved it there, was super close to everything we needed. Place was well maintained and staff was amazing. This lady named Laurie was super helpful she went above and beyond to help accommodate our family in a terrible situation. Ran into the other staff and they were super friendly and accommodating . Kate and Mitch were most outstanding employees I have meet in regards to putting their lives on hold to helping us. Next time my family and I go we wish to see all of them again. We would love to come back and enjoy the time with the friendly staff that made us feel safe and stress free. They also helped with accommodating the kids and it felt like a home away from home. You rock Powder Springs Staff...if your all still there when we return we will be sure to stay again!
Booked a pet friendly room well in advance of our drive to Revelstoke (driving from Alberta) pull up and it's a little sketchy but I'll give it a chance. Walk in. Front desk employee was fantastic. Super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Gives us our keys. Rooms are dated which is fine but this room REEKED of cat pee and they were trying to cover up the smell. Windows open, stinky air freshener. They agreed to switch us rooms. Next room smelled way better. I told my kids not to put their belongings down until I checked under the sheets for bugs. First bed was fine. Second bed I immediately found bugs in the crease of the mattress. We were out of there like a bat out of hell. They gave us a full refund but I honestly question if they even brought in an exterminator. If cleanliness is next to godliness these guys are as close to hell as you can get.
Location, location ..... and a great place to stay within walking distance to all the downtown atmosphere. The room price was budget friendly, the bed was comfortable and a full 8 hours of quiet peaceful sleep. We looked past some of the rooms short comings because of the price and location. Watch the shower water temperature when the toilet flushes. Thanks for our stay ....
Good spot to grab a cheap room for the night. You get a free pool pass too, which is a 5 minute walk away. Just remember you get what you pay for :)
They booked us on last minute. The Lady that booked us was super friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a TV and a very comfortable bed. Check-out was easy and you are close to everything in the town. They have a really nice patio outside. If you are in Revelstoke this is a good stop and place to rest!
