It's Ok for an overnight stay. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern. The staff was professional and helpful. The swimming pool is nice but in the middle of the hotel with all the rooms and the Denny's restaurant guests watching. Some may find that intimidating. Only criticism is that they seem to have a hard time keeping up with the cleaning and maintenance details. Every object in our room had a thick layer of dust around it. Had to move a chair and it left a distinct outline. In the common areas the edges of the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while and there were some large old stains. We ate at the Denny's which was freezing cold and so was the coffee and food. We've eaten at many Denny's and this was below their usual standard of service which was disappointing.
No complaints! My cat and I were very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were remarkable. Thank you for having us!
This hotel, located just off of the highway, will meet your expectations of an average accomodation in this price range. Look to get a slightly better price of possible on an online booking service, as I would not recommend going above the going rates to stay here. Rooms were clean, maintenance kept up, and staff were very friendly and helpful. But this is an older property, and you should keep your expectations in line with that knowledge. Beds are very comfortable, and the room size is good. Parking is fairly ample, and there are services within walking distance.
Well maintained for its age. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Minus 1 star as the shower had some hair on ceiling. Denny's part of the hotel a plus.
Decided to give this place a try on-route from Van to Calgary. It looks like the just went through a renovation which is good. The rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Also pet friendly as we brought out little puppy with us. The pool area looks like the only thing that wasnt renovated so it was ok. Service was good and they did their best to cater to our needs. Location wise cant be beat.
