Great hotel, comfortable rooms. The deadbolt to the balcony was broken, so I wasn't able to pick it. Otherwise I would give five stars. Complimentary wine in the evening and coffee in the morning was a nice touch. The Rockford is a very nice restaurant, but prices are quite steep.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, great to visit during off peak times. Rooms are well equipped and clean but are starting to show wear and could use a good grout scrubbing. Resort fee is new to me and I'm a bit disappointed in that tactic. - a star for that. Otherwise, fantastic place.
Stayed for canada day long weekend. First night my wife and I barely got 2 hours of sleep, partly because we were across the hall from some morons attending a wedding at the hotel that were loudly partying until 3am, and the other and main reason was that we were trying to sleep on the most uncomfortable hide-a-bed I've ever slept on. We even tried putting the couch cushions on the bed, but they just made it worse. The morning after, I woke up with a lot of pain in my back. We talked to the front desk, and they upgraded the room to a 2 bed 2 bath, which was a LOT more comfortable. The only other issue happened while walking through the underground parking lot from building 3-1. My father in law turned to help his wife (who cant see well because of a stroke) to help her, and he tripped on a drop in the walking path and fell because of a 4 inch drop. They should have a railing installed at that location. Make it removable if they need the doorway to be opened.4 stars overall
Awesome place for an overnight stop in the summer. Not as busy as in the winter time. Great, huge open patio off the restaurant with couches and fire tables. Watch the sun go down over the mountains as you sit by the Campfire free smelling fire.
Great hotel with amazing views. The room was perfect, Two bedrooms with one having two twins. We stayed in early August so some parts were not open. Overall great night and would highly recommend checking this place out. We went to the local market and had dinner in our room. Kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make a great meal.
