Super fantastic place Clayton the owner is one special kinda guy met him at the local Lordco with my broken down bike n he offered the use of his shop n tools the campground is the best every one from the staff to the locals living there are supper friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough about how good and great my broke down time in revekstoke has become all because of Clayton and friends. Thank you so much my new friend. Happy trails
The smokey bear is fantastic, I loved it from the moment I got here and will love the place forevermore. The owners Kathy and Clayton are extraordinary people, and amazing hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and make you feel like your family, even their pets are extraordinary. Beautiful surroundings, and great atmosphere. Once you tasted the smokey bear there's no going back.
We stayed here for only one night but it was great, we were tenters and had an entire greenspace to ourselves. The common area (its a covered area that has tables and a sink and such) was super helpful for us tenters and was really clean! We had no firepit but the owner was more then happy to bring us one, he has pet chickens too! Very quiet campground as well, we stayed up till one in the morning having a couple drinks by the fire but no one was getting rowdy. Completely recommend and I will be staying here again!
The staff here is super friendly! We got here late on Halloween and Clayton helped us check in without a hitch. Many campgrounds were closed for the season and I'm so glad we found this place with their hours posted online. The office had two adorable dogs and a cat ready for affection. The site itself was nice - full hookups for a very decent price. We didn't have the right type of plug and the office actually carried an adaptor and helped us out (it was free to borrow, but we ended up buying it in case of use in the future). The bathrooms were pristine and the showers so warm and steamy (and free!) - perfect for a cold autumn night. Clayton even gave us a few bulbs of fresh garlic from his friend's place, which we happily used to cook dinner :) Overall fantastic place to stay.
